By accessing or using SalesByte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. Services
SalesByte provides communication and automation software including:
- WhatsApp Business API solutions
- Campaign management
- Shared team inbox
- Chatbot builder
- CRM integrations
- Analytics
- Webhooks
- Contact management
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Obtain all required user consents
- Comply with applicable laws
- Comply with Meta Business Messaging Policies
Customers are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform.
4. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use the platform for:
- Spam
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal content
- Harassment
- Misleading communications
- Unauthorized marketing
- Activities prohibited by Meta policies
SalesByte reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these requirements.
5. WhatsApp Compliance
Use of WhatsApp messaging features is subject to Meta's policies and requirements.
SalesByte does not guarantee:
- Message delivery
- WhatsApp approval
- WhatsApp account availability
- Meta policy decisions
Any restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by Meta remain under Meta's control.
6. Fees and Payments
Customers agree to pay applicable subscription fees and charges.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, branding, content, and materials provided by SalesByte remain the property of SalesByte or its licensors.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform during an active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesByte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
SalesByte's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, upgrades, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.
10. Termination
SalesByte may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
